2016 AVINYO BRUT ROSÉ

Made with all Pinot Noir (very rare in Spain!) and all estate grown fruit. This organic estate produces our favorite Cava wines. Aged on the lees for 18 months, in the traditional champagne method, makes for a beautifully complex Cava. $25

2017 JOSEP-MARIA VENDRELL monsant

80% Garnacha, 20% Carinena. From organic vineyards in rocky, mountainous Montsant. Lots of character here: get ripe red cherries and fresh raspberries, with bright acid and a nice streak of minerality. $21

2015 FEIXA NEGRA priorat

Equal parts Garnaxa and Carignan, this Spanish beauty offers notes of black cherry, raisin, cocoa, raspberry, sweet tobacco, cola, blackberry and licorice. Ages 6 months in oak $19

Rosé is the ultimate Thanksgiving wine! It BEGS for salty foods like turkey and potatoes. This classic Provencal blend of Cinsault and Carignan is chuck full of white peach, citrus peel and rose petal, backed with the bright acidity this epic region is known for. $21

2016 TIRE PÉ DIEM bordeaux, france

100% Merlot ( yes! Merlot is beautiful and giving. Do not write this varietal off ) from organic, tiny producer Tire Pé in Bordeaux. Beautifully herbaceous, with red current and sweet cedar. Try with those herbed red potatoes. $18

2014 IDIOTS GRACE PRIMITIVO columbia, wa

From Mosier, OR, by way of Croatia and Southern Italy, comes this dark, luxe, spicy red. You’ll note a familial resemblance to Zinfandel, a distant cousin, but somehow simultaneously leaner and bolder. Keep near the turkey at all times. $28

This blend of Cab Franc and Pinot Noir from boutique Oregon producer was inspired by bistro reds from the Loire. Bright, fresh, 30% whole cluster, begs for poultry. $21
