2016 AVINYO BRUT ROSÉ
Made with all Pinot Noir (very rare in Spain!) and all estate grown fruit. This organic estate produces our favorite Cava wines. Aged on the lees for 18 months, in the traditional champagne method, makes for a beautifully complex Cava. $25
2017 JOSEP-MARIA VENDRELL monsant
80% Garnacha, 20% Carinena. From organic vineyards in rocky, mountainous Montsant. Lots of character here: get ripe red cherries and fresh raspberries, with bright acid and a nice streak of minerality. $21
2015 FEIXA NEGRA priorat
Equal parts Garnaxa and Carignan, this Spanish beauty offers notes of black cherry, raisin, cocoa, raspberry, sweet tobacco, cola, blackberry and licorice. Ages 6 months in oak $19
