Sensory Analysis Class
Wednesday, October 21st 6:30-7:30pm at Corkscrew
This Monthe Featuring Fall Wines
We are thrilled to host another class at the wine bar taught by Corkscrews own Elizabeth Clark. If you have not met her yet, she is the awesome new addition to the Corkscrew team and we are thrilled to have her technical knowledge of wine (and dry sense of humor!).
What do we mean when we talk about 'fall wines'? This month we explore some classic and favorite wines that menonstrate the change in season. (think leaves, dirt, pumpkin, oh my!)
We will also explore the million dollar question: do wine glass types matter? Come see what you think!
What to expect: A tasting of wines as well as spices, fruits, other aromatics to aid in identifying key sensory notes in the wines provided.
When: Wednesday, October 21st 6:30-7:30pm
Where: Corkscrew Wine Bar Balcony (upstairs)
Why: Because it's awesome! Impress yourself (and your friends!) with how much built in knowledge you already have.
This is a seated class/tasting with very limited space available. We encourage you to purchase your tickets early to ensure availability. Please feel free to e-mail with any questions you may have and we look forward to hosting you!
